Erica has taught seminars and workshops on nonprofit marketing and communications across North America

and is an Instructor for the Nonprofit Management Program at the University of Washington.

Erica holds a Masters in Public Administration from UW’s Evans School of Public Affairs.

Originally from Vancouver, BC, she now calls Seattle home.

“Erica is a dynamic, effective presenter. She incorporates her high energy and humor into informative,

practical material about nonprofit marketing and communications. Time spent working with Erica is a
wise investment in building valuable in-house skills. She is also generous with the user-friendly tools
she's developed for client application. I look forward to working with Erica again.”
Mauri Ingram, Whatcom Community Foundation

"I took Erica’s class a few years ago and I have to say, even a few years later, the lessons from the class
have stuck with me. The passion Erica has for the industry and for helping the sector become more effective
in its message was contagious. I really enjoyed the class and highly recommend Erica."
Wendy Chamberlin, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

"Erica's presentation today was superb.  She took a very difficult subject--nonprofit marketing--
and developed it with humor and insight."
Dave Courtney, Bravo 369 Flight Foundation

Erica will be available for coaching sessions on Saturday, June 4. This is your opportunity to get expert input on
specific issues facing your organization. Elevator pitches, social media, donor appeals—you name it and we can
talk about it. Cost is $199 for a 90 minute session. Here’s what one recent coaching client had to say,
“We made more progress in 90 minutes with Erica than we have in the past two years trying to figure this out on our own.
